Ordering Bacterial Identification
How to send the sample:
- Microbial sample must be pure
- Culture pellets in sterilized narrow mouth tubes, 1.5ml eppendrorf vials sealed with parafilm/ plugged tightly
- Grow around 5-10ml of culture upto mid-log phase, pellet down the cells in a 1.5ml vial, decant the culture media completely and seal the tube properly.
- Ensure the purity of the cells before sending.
