How to send the sample:
1. Microbial sample must be pure
2. Culture pellets in sterilized narrow mouth tubes, 1.5ml eppendrorf vials sealed with parafilm/ plugged tightly
3. Grow around 5-10ml of culture upto mid-log phase, pellet down the cells in a 1.5ml vial, decant the culture media completely and seal the tube properly.
4. Ensure the purity of the cells before sending.

For plant samples: Send leaf or other tissuesin a zip lock bag with a few drops of water inside or dry seed samples.
