Sachin has co-founded Resilient Cosmeceuticals, a pharmaceutical marketing company, running successfully for the past 10 years with a sales turnover of 10 Crore and a team of over 100 employees. Sachin has also worked for pharmaceuticals market research companies in the States and has completed projects for Microsoft and Pharmacia Upjohn.
Sachin was the proud recipient of the P&U scholarship while at Thunderbird. An out and out entrepreneur, Sachin has excellent leadership qualities, focus on industry, keen sense of entrepreneurship and a watchful eye on the bottom line. Sachin plays a significant role in the entire process of man management right from interview, recruitment, payments, incentives, promotions.
A Ph.D fellow in biorganics and an M Sc (medical) in pharmacology, Bikash is one of the cofounders of geneOmbio. His Ph.D thesis on herbal antibiotics itself is the source of the idea behind geneOmbio Technologies’s small molecules business. Bikash is also an MBA from Pune and has worked in different capacities in pharmaceutical companies like Austin Pharmaceuticals and Resilient Cosmeceuticals. Bikash has 7 years experience in research and product development, with expertise in experimental pharmacology, isolation and characterization of molecules from herbal sources. At Resilient, Bikash has been instrumental in launching various successful brands and making them multi-crore products in the Indian pharmaceutical industry.
Bikash is a strong result oriented man, whether in research or in marketing. Bikash has to his credit research successes on hypoglycemic activity of fenugreek and anti epileptic activity of two new analogs. Bikash has assisted Prof. Ghole on various research projects on molecular development, intestinal ischemia and thalassemia.
At geneOmbio Bikash looks after the technical recruitment and training, inventory monitoring and cost management. Bikash is responsible for the certifications under NABL, GLP and APEDA and maintains the SOPs required for the same. He looks after the patent application procedures of the company and is also responsible for business development and strategic collaborations inside and outside the country.
